Music Groups

Jubilation has been leading worship at St. John Lutheran Church since Easter Sunday of 1994. What began as a single guitarist leading the congregation has become a dynamic group of Christ-centered musicians and vocalists.

The goal of Jubilation is to intentionally reach beyond their comfort areas to touch the lives of others for Christ. Their mission statement is: "Built on Christ, Jubilation intentionally provides new direction in outreach ministry, enabling people to freely praise God."

God has blessed the efforts of the Jubilation ministry with many opportunities for traveling and leading worship at various churches in the Northwest including Lewiston, Twin Falls, Ashton, Soda Springs, Salmon, Sun Valley, and Lima, Montana. They also were blessed to lead music at the International Lutheran Women's Missionary League Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jubilation also has recorded an album of their music: "Hold Up The Light" (1997). Copies of this recording is available for purchase by calling St. John Lutheran Church or Greg Hula at 522-7426. The proceeds from sales of CDs and tapes goes back into the traveling ministry for Jubilation.
